How Will My Agency Receive the Allocated Title 1 Funds?

The agency does not directly receive the Title 1 funds. TACF maintains the Title 1 funds and associated accounts. Funds are reimbursed from the TN Department of Education. The agency makes purchases and expenditures in keeping with the project description outlined in its current application. On a monthly basis, the agency will submit to the TACF Nashville office a completed TACF Reimbursement Form including a clear copy of all receipts listed on the form. Allow a minimum of 2 to 3 months for reimbursements to be processed. A copy of the reimbursement form can be found on the Title I Forms Page.
